Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future consumer behavior to product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive board and investor committees
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate emerging startups in exponential tech sectors
- Architect 5-year innovation pipeline aligned with ESG and circular economy principles
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight methodologies preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
