Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends shaping 2026 markets through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Represent FutureVision at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026-relevant domains (AI, biotech, climate tech, metaverse)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
