Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Framework, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead quarterly futurist symposia with industry thought leaders and academic partners
- Translate macro-trends into product roadmaps for 3+ business units
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for executive board and investors
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible development standards
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or APF)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives
