Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global markets
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Collaborate with R&D to align long-term research with commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published future-focused thought leadership
