As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll conduct horizon-scanning research, develop long-term innovation frameworks, and collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions. You'll translate complex technological shifts into actionable business strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on next-generation tech impacts
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking technological adoption and strategic progress
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong publication record in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
