- Produce trend intelligence reports for executive stakeholders and board committees
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough innovation opportunities aligned with future horizons
- Advise on organizational resilience strategies for volatile future environments
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection frameworks
