- Develop scenario-planning models for global supply chain disruptions and market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
