Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Quantify emerging opportunities through predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Author thought leadership frameworks on AI ethics, climate tech convergence, and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026+ ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories: AGI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects launched since 2020
