Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation) to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop '2026 Vision Roadmap' with phased innovation milestones and resource allocation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive future states
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote speaking and whitepapers
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026+ initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
