- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author predictive whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Build and maintain global futurist network partnerships
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of 5+ year future trend prediction accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech domains
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
