Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 strategic roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-digital) into product roadmaps
- Develop 'Future-Ready' frameworks for customer experience and operational resilience
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and Board with data-backed impact projections
- Build and curate the 'Innovation Ecosystem' through partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and others
- Host quarterly 'Future State' workshops for 500+ stakeholders globally
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into $10M+ business initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader with 500+ citations in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators in high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-shaping projects delivered
