Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends through 2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market entry and product evolution
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation concepts
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio demonstrating past trend-prediction successes
- Scrum certification or agile methodology experience preferred
