- Design pilot programs for futuristic solutions with measurable ROI targets
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight findings into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic consulting, futures research, or technology innovation
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
