Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee implementation of ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic planning implementations
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
