Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their socioeconomic impacts by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision making
- Identify and prioritize emerging market opportunities across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author executive briefings on disruptive forces and adaptive strategies
- Establish early-warning systems for systemic risks and black swan events
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trajectories (Singularity University preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proof strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
