- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech trends and disruptors
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 client partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or bioengineering
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 5+ year horizons
