Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend radar, publishing quarterly strategic foresight reports
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on next-gen technologies
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations for product and investment teams
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to visualize complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling)
