Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term business adaptation and innovation pipelines
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future trends into actionable executive recommendations
- Monitor KPIs for innovation adoption and strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation projects
