Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 5-10 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using bleeding-edge technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record predicting industry shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two future domains: AGI, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
