Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Integrate sustainability and ethical impact assessments into all strategic recommendations
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing scenario models for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, climate tech, decentralized systems
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or R
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Millennium Project)
