- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (provide portfolio of past forecasts)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks: generative AI, Web3, and climate tech
