Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future scenarios
- Produce white papers and frameworks for emerging tech governance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech disruption
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Track record of implementing future-proof organizational strategies
