Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for potential market disruptions and regulatory changes
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successful future-tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
