- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future paradigms
- Produce trend reports with 95%+ accuracy for Fortune 500 clients
- Build proprietary forecasting models using advanced data visualization tools
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurist summits and Davos-style forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or emerging technology analysis
- Published author or keynote speaker at futurist conferences
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Track record of predicting major tech disruptions (accuracy verified)
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Mandarin, Arabic, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
