Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and paradigm shifts affecting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Author high-impact whitepapers and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers

- Advise executive teams on innovation portfolio allocation and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate adaptation, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success influencing C-level decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting platforms and data visualization tools
