Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) with 3-5 year impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating 2026 digital transformation
- Facilitate innovation workshops using design thinking and speculative futures methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and societal implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and experiential prototypes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating completed foresight projects for enterprise clients
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
