Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and ethical innovation
- Produce trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
