- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging startups and research institutions
- Advise on R&D investments and market entry strategies for future markets
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental factors impacting long-term business resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio published foresight research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFt, WFS) preferred
