- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and neural interfaces
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M innovation fund for experimental ventures in biotech and space tech
- Author thought leadership pieces on future of work and digital sovereignty
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of deploying future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum, space)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling platforms
