Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business growth
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and market disruption
- Present strategic insights to boards and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published research on emerging technologies (2020-2026)
- Experience with AI, blockchain, and climate tech integration
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
