Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and executive presentations on future disruption vectors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk mitigation strategies through predictive modeling
- Advose C-suite executives on strategic pivots and long-term portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
