- Design scenario-plaking frameworks for clients navigating regulatory and ethical challenges in emerging tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on 5-year strategic pathways
- Identify and validate exponential growth opportunities in sustainability and digital transformation
- Build proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits as a thought leader on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting or tech foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping future reports
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board audiences
- MSc or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society)
