Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Design and facilitate immersive strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce actionable trend reports with quantified impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or consulting with proven impact on C-level decisions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state strategy implementations
