Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive trends and technologies through 2030
- Develop and present evidence-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Establish and maintain a network of industry experts, researchers, and innovation partners
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging business models to identify strategic opportunities
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks and methodologies
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated success in presenting to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
