Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight role
- Deep expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and scenario modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation spaces
