Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and regulatory changes to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing priorities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and ethical implications
- Advolve in product innovation sprints for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Monitor geopolitical and climate risk vectors to build adaptive business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable infrastructure trends
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) or equivalent practical experience
