Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) and translate insights into actionable 2026 business strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-state vision
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026 market gaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy (Forbes, HBR, etc.)
