- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Advose on ethical implications and societal impact of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Experience with foresight software (e.g., Futurist Toolkit, Trendalyzer)
