Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify 2026-era opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating exponential change in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and boards of Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with exposure to exponential technologies
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and strategic frameworks for complex systems
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and human-centered design principles
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
