Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational resilience and market dominance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and operations
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 market disruptions
- Advise board on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Analysis (preferred)
