Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 vision and implementation plans
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks specializing in future studies
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-strategy frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong network within futurist communities and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
