Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product development priorities
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports with actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through stakeholder education and pilot program design
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and societal shifts affecting long-term innovation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical contexts
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
