Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space tech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and brief executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives and funding allocations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future markets
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons scanning, Delphi method)
