- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging technologies and acquisition targets
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track strategic foresight maturity
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products or ventures
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFSP preferred)
