Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence for 2026 market readiness
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient urban systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D and policy teams
- Present strategic white papers at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Design immersive future-state simulations for C-suite decision-making

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals (minimum 3 citations)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in predictive modeling using TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping initiatives
