Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Trend Manifesto' identifying paradigm-shifting technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption in global markets
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops synthesizing AI ethics with neurotech advancements
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into 2026 product roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Vision Labs at Davos and World Economic Forum futurism panels
- Author thought leadership pieces for MIT Tech Review and Nature Futures journal
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into executive strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
