- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptions to recommend adaptive strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
