Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Curate annual 'FutureState' symposium with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
