Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology/society trend forecasts using advanced data modeling and scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Monitor global signals across AI, climate tech, biotechnology, and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
