Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Architect strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Deliver quarterly foresight briefings to the executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and market disruption
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from the School of Advanced Foresight)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global markets
